Shashi Ranjan
Chief Executive Officer
With 25 years of experience in the printing industry, Shashi Ranjan brings extensive expertise and a deep understanding of print technology. Since joining MGPS in 1998, he has held key roles across group companies, spearheading initiatives that transformed the commercial print business and expanded its international footprint. In 2001, Shashi launched innovative solutions that drove global growth, while his efforts in establishing the Packaging and Labels business positioned it among the top ten in India. In 2014, he introduced the PMS business, growing it into the largest of its kind in the country.
As CEO, Shashi drives growth strategies, fosters innovation, and leads MGPS’s global expansion. Under his leadership, the company has embraced cutting-edge technologies, sustainable practices, and a customer-centric approach, positioning it as a global leader in commercial printing. A champion of creativity and collaboration, Shashi inspires his team to push boundaries, fostering a culture that delivers remarkable results and keeps MGPS at the forefront of innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Printing Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology and completed a Senior Executive Programme in Leadership Management at IIM Calcutta in 2022.

Govindraj Prabhu

Govindraj has more than 25 years of experience in the printing industry and about 15 years in the publishing segment, specializing in print and digital solutions. With his deep insights into domestic and global markets, Govindraj spearheads business operations, develops procedures, service standards, and operational policies for business excellence. As the Head of Sales, he brings extensive expertise in driving business and works to drive success for the organization in diverse and competitive markets.
Govindraj Prabhu is a member of the FICCI Publishing Committee. He has completed his bachelor's in Production Engineering from Karnataka University.
Dinesh Ravesh

Head - International Sales
Dinesh has over 18 years of experience leading global sales initiatives across diverse sectors, including E-Commerce (OBM), SRD, Technology Services, and Book Printing & Tech Services. He represents book manufacturing, warehousing, and global distribution services to international publishers, fostering strong relationships and driving growth. Dinesh has been associated with the company for more than 15 years and leads complex global markets, developing tailored strategies that ensure long-term success for the business.
Before joining MGPS, Dinesh worked with Thomson Press. He holds a bachelor's in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.
Nagaraj Hegde
Chief Financial Officer
Nagaraj has more than 12 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, risk assessment, and corporate governance. With his deeper understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance, he has successfully navigated complex financial landscapes, driving operational efficiency and optimizing cost structures. Nagaraj has been associated with the organization for the last 10 years and is fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives, and supporting sustainable growth.
Before joining MGPS, Nagaraj held various roles and responsibilities in our group as part of the Finance and Accounts function. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Karnataka University, Dharwad and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
