Shashi Ranjan
With 25 years of experience in the printing industry, Shashi Ranjan brings extensive expertise and a deep understanding of print technology. Since joining MGPS in 1998, he has held key roles across group companies, spearheading initiatives that transformed the commercial print business and expanded its international footprint.
In 2001, Shashi launched innovative solutions that drove global growth, while his efforts in establishing the Packaging and Labels business positioned it among the top ten in India. In 2014, he introduced the PMS business, growing it into the largest of its kind in the country.
As CEO, Shashi drives growth strategies, fosters innovation, and leads MGPS’s global expansion. Under his leadership, the company has embraced cutting-edge technologies, sustainable practices, and a customer-centric approach, positioning it as a global leader in commercial printing. His focus on eco-conscious solutions and state-of-the-art digital technologies has set industry benchmarks.
Govindraj Prabhu
Govindraj has more than 25 years of experience in the printing industry and about 15 years in the publishing segment, specializing in print and digital solutions. With his deep insights into domestic and global markets, Govindraj spearheads business operations, develops procedures, service standards, and operational policies for business excellence.
As the Head of Sales, he brings extensive expertise in driving business and works to drive success for the organization in diverse and competitive markets.
Govindraj Prabhu is a member of the FICCI Publishing Committee. He has completed his bachelor’s in Production Engineering from Karnataka University.
Dinesh Ravesh
Dinesh is a global sales and business leader with over 20 years of experience working with international customers across Publishing, BFSI, FMCG, and Government sectors. His core expertise lies in the Publishing industry, spanning Book Manufacturing, Digital Printing, E-Commerce, Warehousing, Global Distribution, and Technology Services.
For over 17 years with the organization, he has played a key role in strengthening MGPS’s global presence and building long-term partnerships with leading global publishers.
He has also built and mentored strong global teams, developing future leaders who manage key accounts and markets.
Dinesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Print Media Studies, along with an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.
Nagaraj Hegde
Nagaraj has more than 12 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, risk assessment, and corporate governance. With his deeper understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance, he has successfully navigated complex financial landscapes, driving operational efficiency and optimizing cost structures.
Nagaraj has been associated with the organization for the last 10 years and is fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives, and supporting sustainable growth.
Before joining MGPS, Nagaraj held various roles and responsibilities in our group as part of the Finance and Accounts function. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Karnataka University, Dharwad and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
