In celebration of Independence Day 2026, MGPS organized a “Best Out of Waste” Competition for employees across its plants and offices. Participants were challenged to reimagine materials that would otherwise be discarded including paper trims, board offcuts, cartons and packaging from our own operations and transform them into functional or decorative creations. Entries were judged on creativity, practical utility, presentation and resourcefulness in reusing materials.

Beyond the friendly competition, the event reflected an approach that is increasingly integral to our operations: recognizing opportunities to reduce waste and make better use of available resources. It was a fitting way to mark Independence Day celebrating the spirit of independence while reinforcing our commitment to sustainability, resourcefulness and a smarter, more responsible future.
